The time when the court bench commenced its sitting, 5. The time the bench took a lunch break, 6. The time the bench reassembled after lunch, 7. The time the bench rose for the day, 8. Whether the judgment was dictated in open court, and if so, by whom, 9. If not dictated, which member was assigned the case for the order, 10. Whether the matter is part-heard and the next hearing date, 11. If the order is reserved, the date of pronouncement, 12. If the matter is adjourned, the next hearing date, 13. Initials of the Gazetted Officer overseeing the proceedings, 14. Any additional remarks. This structured approach ensures that all necessary details of court proceedings are systematically recorded and accessible for future reference.
