Section 71 - Register of Inspection (GSTAT-CDR-06)

This document outlines the format for maintaining a Register of Inspection as per rule 71. The register is a structured table used to log specific details about applications and inspections. Each entry in the register includes several columns: a serial number, the application number along with its date, the name and address of the applicant, any related appeal numbers, and whether the application was dismissed or allowed, including the date of such a decision. It also records the payment of fees, the date of inspection along with the conclusion, the applicant's signature, the inspection supervisory officer, and any additional remarks. This organized format ensures that all necessary information regarding inspections is systematically recorded and easily accessible for reference and review.
