When a revisional authority plans to make a decision under section 28 of the Act that might negatively impact an individual, it must provide that person with a notice. This notice ensures that the individual has a fair chance to present their case or arguments. Along with the decision made under section 28, the revisional authority is required to provide a clear summary of the order. This summary should clearly state the final amount that has been confirmed in the demand. This process ensures transparency and fairness, allowing the affected person to understand the outcome and the reasons behind it.
