Corrections to Notification on Union Territory Tax Rates (Section 3)

The Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, issued a corrigendum on September 19, 2025, to address errors in a previously published notification regarding Union Territory Tax rates. This notification, originally dated September 17, 2025, and published as G.S.R. 665(E), required corrections. Specifically, two errors were identified and corrected: on page 44, line 20, the word "(against" was corrected to "against," and on page 50, line 16, the term "central tax" was corrected to "union territory tax." These amendments ensure the accuracy of the tax-related document. The corrections were officially documented under file number 190341/188/2025-TRU by Md. Adil Ashraf, Under Secretary.
