Section 10: Verification of Declaration

Under Section 10, when a declaration is filed in accordance with rule 9, a proper officer is responsible for verifying it within ninety days. This verification process may involve several steps. Firstly, the officer might conduct a physical inspection of the factory. Secondly, they could verify the technical specifications of the machine as detailed in FORM HSNS CE-01, which includes checking the machine's maximum rated speed. Lastly, if necessary, the officer may consult with a third-party technical expert to ensure a thorough verification process.
