FTP: DGFT has issued trade notice on extension of date for mandatory electronic filing of Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin (CoO) through the Common Digital Platform to 31st December 2023
- The mandatory electronic filing of Non-Preferential Certificate of Origin (CoO) through the Common Digital Platform has been extended until December 31st, 2023. This decision has been made in continuation of the earlier Trade Notice 15/2022-23 dated 01.08.2022.
- Exporters and Non-Preferential CoO Issuing Agencies as notified under Appendix-2E of the FTP will have the option to use the online system. However, until 31st December 2023, the online application process shall not be mandatory. In the interim period, the existing systems of processing non-preferential CoO applications in manual/paper mode will be allowed.
