Notification No. 47/2023- Central Tax dated 25th September, 2023

Key Pointers –

The CBIC has made amendment in Notification No. 30/2023 – Central tax dated 31st July 2023 whereby notified special procedure to be followed by a registered person engaged in manufacturing of certain goods, that with effect from the 31st July 2023, after the words“ hereby notifies the following special procedure to be followed” the words and figures" with effect from 1st day of January 2024” shall be inserted.
