Advisory dated: 12 April 2023

Key Pointers:

Taxpayers having Turnover greater than or equal to INR 100 crores shall be required to report invoices within 7 days of its issuance. For Instance: If an invoice has a date of 01 April 2023, it cannot be reported after April 8, 2023.
The above restriction shall be applicable on reporting of Invoices only. There will be no such time restriction on reporting of Debit and Credit Notes.
