Notification No. 11/2022- Central Tax (Rate), dated 13th July 2022 has been issued effective from 18th day of July 2022 wherein it has rescinded Notification No. 45/2017-Central Tax (Rate) dated 14th November 2017 to change the concessional GST rate of 5% on scientific and technical equipment to rate applicable on such scientific and technical equipment.
